I just got online a second ago and so I haven’t had time to check, but I know enough about the way the internet works to know that this place is probably being flooded at the moment with Ray Bradbury quotes and pictures. Which is as it should be - his was a brilliant mind and to be celebrated on the sad occasion of his death. There is a particular quote of his I’m fond of, and will find in a second to post, but I don’t want to be seen as jumping on any LOOK WHO DIED AND HERE IS A MEANINGFUL-ISH QUOTE OF HIS/HERS TO SHOW THAT I AM INTELLIGENT bandwagon.
Anyway, R.I.P. Mr. Bradbury. To lose you and Mr. Sendak in the space of a month feels a bit too much of a hit for the human race to take. Hopefully somewhere in the last few weeks some truly brilliant babies have been born to make up for the loss down the line.
