20 Notes
Ok, bragging time: Madeline’s kindergarten teacher found out last week that Madeline could, well, read at an insanely higher level than the rest of the class, so she asked her to read a book to the class. Madeline picked one out over the weekend (“Olivia”) and read it to 22 kids this morning without any mistakes (and she’s only FIVE years old!!). K and I thought we were smart as kids, but she puts us to shame. And it’s (almost) entirely self-taught. It’s really, truly incredible. So, so proud of my little reader.
